For over a decade, our goal has always been to offer the most personal and individualized care and attention to every homeowner.

Linda spent close to 20 years working closely with the North Fork community as an NYS licensed massage therapist, as well as owning and operating a local holistic spa.
Since 2020 she has joined with David to assist with weekly home inspections and reports, and in operating Peconic Home Management.
Linda truly enjoys helping people, she knows how to listen, and she strives to provide clients with a seamless second home experience. Whether a client would like her to shop for groceries, pick up a bottle of local wine, retrieve the mail, or arrange for the home to be cleaned prior to arrival, Linda will do her best to get the job done. She looks forward to working with you!
David has managed Peconic Home Management for over 10 years, after taking over the business from a local real estate agent.
As a teen, David worked during the summers at his father's plumbing and heating business, so he is well-versed in both those areas, and can spot when a professional should be called in.
For the past 25 years, he has worked as an IT and physical security systems professional, in both the publishing industry and for the Department of Energy and the Department of Homeland Security, so his knowledge is vast.
David works diligently to ensure that your home is safe and secure as if it were his own.
